• Point-by-point bonding of self-supporting/break-resistant panels with TerraMaxx® PF-FM special fixing compound ensures the characteristics of a permanently laid surface.
• Fixation of the pavement, thus no wandering and no wobbling of the coverings.Ideal for laying thin, lightweight slabs.

• Up to 80 % weight savings for fast, easy application.
• Use in conjunction with AquaDrain® T+ ensures fast, permanent drainage of the decking construction.

Substrate/Covering

Substrate requirement: load-bearing, firm and non-springy or compressible. Pressure-resistant: for thermal insulation EPS 035DAA dh/XPS / in use with MorTec® SOFT at least 120 kPa, with regard to at least compressive strength, appropriate standards/regulations must be observed (e.g. flat roof guideline of the DDH)

Suitable substrates:

• terraces in contact with the ground, roof terraces, loggias, cantilevered balconies.
• Old tile coverings/old coatings
• Surfaces made of stud constructions with planking made
of
• wood, steel, etc.

Gradient: Min. 1 % to max. 2.5 %

Waterproofing: Mineral sealing slurries, single-layer waterproofing membranes, DiProtec® SDB

• natural/cast stone min. 300 x 300 x 20 mm
• Ceramic/clinker elements min. 300 x 300 x 20 mm
• Porcelain stoneware min. 300 x 300 x 20 mm

Approx. consumption TerraMaxx® PF-FM fixing compound/m²,

incl. edge situation:

• approx. 3 – 3.5 kg/m2, with 5 mm fixation point thickness with centre distance 40 cm
